The Diocese of Maine uses the platform Vanco to collect donations for all of our churches!
We established this system in order to provide an online giving resource to help facilitate stewardship in our churches. While every church and chapel is included in the list of options that a donor can select, our hope is that it fills a gap experienced by those churches, chapels and organizations that do not have their own online giving platform in place.
To check it out, make changes to your scheduled donations, or make a new contribution to a church, chapel or mission, visit our website and click on “Give“ at the top.
Click on one of two buttons: Donate to a Maine Church or Donate to a Diocesan Ministry From there, you can login, make a one-time donation without an account, or create an account if you are new to eGiving.
Money received through this online payment system is transferred to the organization, fund, or church (ACH credit to your account) designated. A report that lists donors’ names, dates, amounts, and email addresses is emailed to the church or organization contact on file to receive these each month. Note: the full amount of each donation will be sent. The diocese pays all of the processing fees!
