Please have your priest-in-charge, rector, or senior warden (if you don’t have a priest), complete and sign this electronic form before September 7, 2026.
Use the ASA reported on your 2025 parochial report. Please note that the traditional definition of ASA (in person attendance) is still in place and should be used for this year’s certificate.
This canonically-required step is not the same as registration. This ‘certifies’ those in the congregation that have been duly elected to serve. Registration will be open in the fall and be required of anyone (clergy, lay delegate, guest, staff, etc.) attending.
If you are having trouble with the form, please email Wendy Kopera.
