Open Clergy Positions

Three quarter-time Rector | St. Ann’s, Windham

St. Ann’s is located in Windham, a growing suburban community just outside Portland on the shores of Sebago Lake. The gateway to Maine’s lakes region, Windham combines combines the close-knit character of a small town with the increasing diversity and energy of a rapidly developing area. St. Ann’s congregation is deeply engaged with the local community through partnerships with neighboring churches, civic organizations, and service ministries. Leadership at St. Ann’s is collaborative, relational, and increasingly shared between clergy and laity. While the parish has historically experienced periods of pastor-centered leadership, we are intentionally broadening opportunities for lay leadership and participation across the life of the church. We are entering an exciting season of possibility. With thoughtful planning already underway and strong lay leadership emerging, we are eager to partner with a rector who will help us build on our foundation of faithful worship, a warm welcome for all, compassionate service, and joyful community life. To apply, please send your Vocation Hub profile, resume/CV, and a cover letter addressed to the Search Committee to Transition and Deployment Officer, the Rev. Suzanne Roberts. Full-time Rector | The Parish of St. Mary and St. Jude, Northeast Harbor

Nestled within the breathtaking landscape of Acadia National Park, this parish serves the villages of Northeast Harbor and Seal Harbor—communities defined by two distinct and dramatic seasons. In the summer, the area is a global destination, which welcomes a sophisticated congregation of seasonal residents and visitors. Conversely, the winters are quiet, remote, and intimate; in the close-knit village of year round residents the church serves as a vital humanitarian pillar and a sanctuary against the isolation of coastal Maine. The parish has a long history that the congregation treasures and reflects the generational aspect of its parishioners. They are looking for a leader who will respect this history while providing the steady, thoughtful guidance necessary to move them into their next chapter of growth. To apply, please send your Vocation Hub profile, resume/CV, and a cover letter addressed to the Search Committee to Transition and Deployment Officer, the Rev. Suzanne Roberts. Names are being accepted through June 10, 2026. Read the complete Position Profile here.
