On April 12, the congregation of St. Peter’s in Portland celebrated the ministry of the Rev. Tom Mousin, who served as priest in charge for five years. Mousin, who is retiring, was an elementary school teacher, and as a United Methodist pastor, served six different United Methodist churches in Vermont before moving to Portland with his spouse, the Rt. Rev. Thomas Brown, Bishop of Maine.
