Instructions for How to Rename Yourself in the Zoom Client
Open your Zoom app. Tap “Join a Meeting”. Enter the Meeting ID for Convention. Make sure the box underneath for your name includes your full name and town of your congregation. Click “Join”. Enter the Meeting Passcode. Click “Join Meeting”.
Instructions for How to Rename Yourself if Joining by Browser
Click on the Zoom link. Click on the blue “Launch Meeting” button. Click on the words “Join from Browser” in the small text that appears below the question “Having trouble with your Zoom client?”. This will open a window that allows you to enter your name. Do this as “Full Name/Town of Congregation”. Then click to join the meeting.
