Care Coordination
The Episcopal Church Medical Trust remains our benefit plan sponsor and employees are still enrolled in the Cigna or Aetna BCBC. But now Quantum Health will serve as our single point of contact and overall advocate with respect to our medical benefits.
- You should have received a new medical ID card with new member and group ID numbers. If you need immediate access to this card or want extra copies, call Quantum or download a digital version at MyQuantumCare.org. Share your new card with your physicians, pharmacy, behavioral health providers, and other medical facilities. If your providers encounter a problem, ask them to call Quantum.
- Create Your Quantum Account: MyCPG Accounts or MyQuantumCare.org or Quantum Health app (App Store and Google Play)
- Contact Quantum: 866-871-0629 (this is a phone line dedicated to Church Medical Trust clients), Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. If prompted for your employer, please indicate “The Episcopal Church.”
- Please note that you should no longer contact Anthem or Cigna directly.
