The first event in Grace’s Summer Civics Series will be led by Lowell Brown, Esq., a lawyer who has practiced for more than 50 years. He is the author of “Prosecution of the President of the United States: The Constitution, Executive Power, and the Rule of Law (The Evolving American Presidency).” All are welcome.
