The State of Maine DHHS Office for Family Independence (OFI) offers a free, monthly webinar series for a wide variety of social service providers, including faith-based organizations that work with persons in poverty, to gain insight into OFI benefit programs and processes. The goal is to improve access to necessary benefits like SNAP food assistance, MaineCare medical insurance, and TANF cash assistance for families, by helping community partners understand and navigate the system more effectively on behalf of their mutual clients.
