The Maine Council on Aging (MCOA), together with several partner organizations from around the state of Maine, including Consumers for Affordable Health Care (CAHC), is working to spread the word about the Medicare Savings Program (MSP) through coordinated efforts. Enrollment in Medicare Savings Program Now Open

MSP helps pay monthly Medicare premiums and out-of-pocket costs for those who are eligible. Anyone who is on Medicare and meets income eligibility qualifies for MSP, and the previously required asset test has been removed, allowing for greater participation levels. Enrollment is open now.
