Episcopal Diocese of Maine’s Annual Chrism Eucharist with Renewal of Vows and Blessing of Holy Chrism
All are invited to join us for Chrism Mass on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at St. John, 225 French Street, Bangor from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Carpooling is encouraged.
The day will include a renewal of ordination vows for clergy and baptismal promises for laity and the blessing and distribution of holy chrism.

10 a.m. Morning hospitality
11 a.m. Eucharist/Blessing of Holy Chrism, Renewal of Vows
12 p.m. Information Discussion & Lunch with Bishop Brown – registration is closed*
* St. John’s can accommodate up to 100 people at lunch. We’ve reached that number and registration for lunch has closed, but you are still welcome to join us for the service at 11 a.m. or watch the livestream on the St. John YouTube channel.
