June is Pride Month, and for three years our youth have led us in sharing God’s love for and with all people through marching in parades across the diocese. The Portland Pride Parade is on June 21.
The planning team will meet on Zoom 4/22, 5/6 and 5/20 from 6-7 p.m. to learn how to organize a community event, the history of LGBTQ+ ministries in The Episcopal Church and how advocacy for LGBTQ+ people is rooted in our faith.
