Register today for the 203rd annual Diocesan Convention!
Who should register?
- All voting lay convention delegates whose names have been submitted by their congregation
- All voting canonically resident clergy and licensed priests in charge who plan on attending convention
- All diocesan officers who are canonically granted seat, voice, and vote
- All non-voting staff and volunteers
Why do I need to register if I’m already listed on the “Certificate of ASA and Lay Delegates” form submitted by my congregation?
The Certificate from your congregation is the first half of the process, registration is the second half. In order to be ‘seated’ at convention you must be fully credentialed: both halves must be on file with the Committee on Credentials. Your convention registration will also ensure you receive the Zoom link for Convention and any pertinent email communications prior to the event.
When does registration for convention close?
Online registration will close at noon on 19 October 2022. Late registrations will not be accepted and delegates who do not register will not be eligible to enter the Zoom room on 22 October.
What are the duties and responsibilities of a delegate?
We’re so glad you asked! Please visit https://episcopalmaine.
But wait, what if I’m not clergy or a delegate, how do I watch convention?
We’ve got you! Everyone not participating in convention is invited to watch a livestream of convention over on our diocesan YouTube channel!
What should I do if I have a question?
Please email the Convention staff and the Committee on Credentials at [email protected].
