DESCRIPTION:Join Gun Safety Day in Augusta on the first day of the legislative session to let the State House and the Governor know the strength of our commitment. \nEpiscopalians of all ages are invited to come live out your faith and add your voice to others advocating for gun safety. \nArrive at 8:30 a.m. at the State House to begin going through security. The event begins at 9:30 in the Hall of Flags. DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, January 23 at 4:00 p.m.\nRegal Fox Run & RPX\n45 Gosling Rd\, Newington\, NH 03801 \nJoin us for this one-day film screening event! \nThe film “A Case for Love” is a documentary\, inspired by the teachings and writings of Presiding Bishop Michael Curry. It examines the question of whether or not love\, specifically unselfish love\, is the solution to the extreme societal and political divisions and the current rending of our social contract. \nThe Episcopal Diocese of Maine and Episcopal Church in New Hampshire have rented a theatre in Newington\, NH that seats 50 people for a 4 p.m. \nThis event is FREE for youth and adult youth volunteers who will also meet for for a reception following after watching to eat pizza and debrief the film at St. John in Portsmouth. \nEveryone else who wants to come is invited to make a contribution toward the ticket cost of $21.00. \nRESERVE YOUR TICKET HERE
