DESCRIPTION:Episcopal Diocese of Maine’s Annual Chrism Eucharist with Renewal of Vows and Blessing of Holy Chrism\nAll are invited to join us for Chrism Mass on Tuesday\, March 19\, 2024 at St. John\, 225 French Street\, Bangor from  10 a.m.-1 p.m.  Carpooling is encouraged. \nPARKING INFORMATION \nThe day will include a renewal of ordination vows for clergy and baptismal promises for laity and the blessing and distribution of holy chrism. \nCelebrant:  The Rt. Rev. Thomas J. Brown\, Bishop of Maine\nPreacher: The Rt. Rev. Bishop Robert Hirschfeld\, Assisting Bishop & Bishop of New Hampshire \n10 a.m. Morning hospitality\n11 a.m. Eucharist/Blessing of Holy Chrism\, Renewal of Vows\n12 p.m. Information Discussion & Lunch with Bishop Brown  – registration is closed* \n* St. John’s can accommodate up to 100 people at lunch.
