The Colorado Center for Clinical Excellence will lead this one-hour workshop on stress reduction and self-care techniques for church staff. Jason Seidel, Psy.D., and his colleagues have led many interactive and physical workshops for church groups in the past and are excited about bringing a creative approach to preserving your sanity during election season, COVID-19, and during the holidays.Participants will leave with several easy and adaptable tools to reduce stress in their everyday life.
