Asset Stewardship and Addressing Racial Diversity

Monday, December 7 at 3:00pm

Taking proactive action to manage environmental and social risks to portfolios through corporate engagement and proxy voting has been a significant aspect of the work of many asset managers, especially those overseeing significant resources of many institutional clients.

Please join the Episcopal Church Foundation (ECF) as it hosts representatives from State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) and to learn how SSGA has made Asset Stewardship such a large part of their work and how SSGA is focusing on a variety of issues such as diversity on corporate boards and most recently addressing racial diversity in a variety of innovative ways.

We will also hear about State Street Corporation’s own efforts to enhance efforts to enhance the racial diversity of its staff.

Panelists include:

Pam Yang - Managing Director of Charitable Asset Management, SSGA
Holly Fetter - Assistant Vice President - Asset Stewardship, SSGA
Dail St. Claire - Board Member and Finance Committee Chair, ECF
