- In the afternoon, anyone who is interested, will meet to decorate the yard and outside of the church.
- Then near dusk, they will turn on the lights, decorate a Christmas tree with decorations each family brings from home, share warm cider/hot chocolate, hum Christmas carols together, and process with candles through the decorated church (in a line without sitting or stopping)
